  • Property valuation / Market value appraisals - market value is defined as the value that can be achieved in conventional ways and within a certain price spectrum on the market. Such assessments are necessary, for ex. to determine value for one's own purposes, for inheritances, divorces, etc.
  • Calculation of utilizable value (as part of the process of converting tenancies into condominiums or owner-occupied units) - the calculation of utilizable value determines the relationship of the parts owned by the individual co-owners (for example of a condominium) and usable area of each unit (for ex. apartments, parking spaces, etc.) to each other and defines a method according to which, for example ,the shares of the service costs to be met by the individual owners can be calculated.This calculation of utilizable value mostly serves as a basis for determining the operational costs for a community of apartment owners.
